I wanted a flat white, but the girl working alone said she was new and didn't know what it was. It's reasonable to expect baristas to know basic espresso drinks, but this can be addressed with training. Instead, I received a hazelnut latte. It was extremely sweet and I couldn't drink it after the first sip. My fiance's plain coffee was good though. I've learned my lesson about ordering in unfamiliar shops. View all feedback.
