Imagine spending 17$ on a decaf latte for it to be a regular espresso latte because the staff here could care less. I work right next door and I come here A LOT and it seems impossible for them to hit a simple button that says DECAF. It really can't be that hard, I am just convinced they just don't care. This is at least the 4th time this has happened to me and I am done giving them anymore chances. View all feedback.
