We went a couple of months ago and had a great experience, but we went last night and had a not-so-great one. We got there around 9 pm and sat down. The waitress came by to offer us water and said she’d be back to take our drink order. We waited over 30 minutes (from 9 pm to 9:36 pm) for her to come back and she never did.
