I ordered on Grubhub, a chicken Philly on multigrain. I received a steak Philly on Italian. We called the store to ask about the order and the manager read back the order, as we ordered it. We did ask if they were out of chicken or multigrain and the manager stuttered and said no, they weren’t sold out.
