First of all, you will find this little cafe/Bar in the Hotel Mercure on Blvd Marechal Jofre... The map on Tripadvisor showed it across the street and down two blocks...Hope that gets fixed...We didn't expect much, because as Americans, we don't usually have very good restaurants attached to hotels, but this was actually very good. I ordered the risotto that arrived over an hour and it was terrible. I took one and sent him back. When the bill came, I asked to remove it, as I hadn't eaten it. the word of the cook. it was good and I had to pay for it. I've never been treated like this in a restaurant! if they ask, I will never complain and normally eat average food instead of complaining (that was so bad I had to send it back) View all feedback.
