Such a fabulous way to spend a morning. A Madison grown, owned, and operated environment. Hard to find these days!! Such a beautifully classic breakfast experience! From the fresh squeezed oj (yes FRESH SQUEEZED) to the flavors of the hollandaise and the most fluffy did-my-grandma-make-these type of pancakes!! The service was wonderful. The only reason I'm going to give them 3 stars is because the taste of thefood was really good. How ever it was not hot and fresh. It was like it was precooked. The only thing that came out that was hot was the baked apple pancake. Everything else was kind of cool to lukewarm warm at best, like it had been sitting out for a while.
