This Rita shares a space with pieocracy which is why when we first walked by it, we did not know it was there. The signage wasn't very clear. I was very excited to discover a Rita in the Gretna Mall and made my friend an unexpected stop. Unfortunately, the service was bad and they were out of so many things. Soft serving machine was empty and only 3 flavors of ice left. That meant I couldn't get my fav gelati.
