What Giga Matt doesn't like about The First:
I order a magic box but, having arrived on site, they tell me that it is not available and that they will refund it. I moved from San Vito to collect the magic box, but in vain. Yet the counter was crammed with stuff and, given the disservice, they could easily fulfill their commitment and not make me leave empty-handed. I will NEVER go there again!
