I ordered online within 10 minutes of concert ending. Estimated to be ready in 20 min. We arrived and there was quite a wait for pizzas that people were placing as they walked in (45 min). Thankfully ours was ready within minutes. Place was clean, they provided utensils, napkins and plates upon request. It was wonderful. Pizza was NY style ish. Not thin crust. Very good. Common sense tells you as a manager. especially as a manager if the order is not correct, you do not blame the customer! You do what you need to do to rectify the situation simple as that.
