It should've been better. I ordered the balsamic blue steak salad with bison, medium rare. It came out very very rare and presliced. Barely seared. The waiter noticed it was very under done and said they'd make a new one correctly. The steak then returned, still the same piece of meat. It appeared to have been thrown in a skillet to reheat the strips. The bison was now dry on the outside and still rare in the middle.... View all feedback.
