Last time here in GDL I tried a torta ahogada elsewhere and really wasn't impressed. My local friend brought me here and what a treat! Only my second true torta ahogada so don't have much to compare it to but man was it tasty. The pork was nice and tender and the sauce was perfect. It was also a fun experience to eat it in the bag.
