Today is my dear Mother-in-law Bette's birthday. Her favorite food is crab cake so we picked up a couple of the crab cake, shrimp and wings specials from Zach Greenlee's Trackside. First off service was alright. The mozzarella wedges had no flavor and was almost pure grease. My girlfriend got the gator bites and they were alright. Then came our dinners. Her salmon was dry and burnt and her mashed potatoes were dry and no flavor. Her fries were bland as well.
