With the cave I've ever had kosher meat, this is by far the best steak I've ever had. I came with my wife and together we ordered the chickens empinadas, the soup of the day, and the mixed meat for 2. This is a South American cuisine restaurant. Cons: it's located on a neglected basement that is not inviting at all. Parking is an issue. It was empty on a Friday at noon. The terrace is not covered, no sun umbrellas. Only one beer on draft. Not cheap but not really expansive (for Israel . Pros: except a few buses it's not noisy.
