Food quality is good but no value for money in terms of portion of food compared to other similar restaurants. Family section is quite dark and carpet for sitting is not clean. Seems very old. Family section is on first floor. There is no lift. Stairs are also uncomfortable to climb. Serving food need improvement and staff need training. Toilets are not well maintained.
