Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after finding them on a search for pubs in the area. What a find! I'll tell you right away, I'm weary of pubs. Most are too small, smell dank, have sticky floors, are too loud have staff that hate their jobs. Not this place! Immediately cozy setting welcoming staff. Clean, well designed dinning spaces. What j doesn't like about Dunleavy's Cocktail Lounge:
Bartender took order. Ithaca Nut Brown Ale on tap was $8.50 a pint, Dogfish IPA was a whopping $9.50 per pint!! And the food was ok. The bartender recommended that I get Irish Cheddar on my pickle chicken sandwich. I said ok, only to have no cheese and be charged an extra $1.50 for it! She could have at least said that it was extra! The fries were barely warm, but the sandwich was tasty. Just cannot get over the pric... View all feedback.
