For context, I've ordered from here at least 15 times.Don't know what A&W itself does to help, but the workers here are amazing. They are fun, patient, and compassionate.I have only ever had a good experience here. Food is accurate and yummy. Holy moly what an experience. The guy working at the counter tonight was screaming into the kitchen through the food window and flailing his arms wildly. I put my order through online yet when I came to the counter for pickup they had no record because they never put the order in on their end.
