10:30pm on a Monday night, not busy at all, ordered a grilled chicken but got the wrong burger and then went back to change it, yet the girl admitted she heard me say I wanted a grilled chicken and then wanted to charge me an extra $2.80 for a mistake they had done! Not that I wouldn’t have payed for it but I didn’t feel the need to pay extra for something that they had messed up and agreed to. Then manager got involved and told me he would not give me a burger for free because of something they had messed up. Definitely do no recommend this hungry jacks store to anybody as they were really rude and lost a frequent customer for $2.80.
