A nice discovery: charming welcome, short card with suggestions making the beautiful part to seasonal products (the game in this case) traditional but light and very well worked recipes. Example: a range of 'arlequin' hares with perfect rosé cooking, with traditional but exquisite accompaniments. Special mention for potato croquettes MAISON. As rare as delicious.
