Slow, overworked Dunkin. Pro tip, even though drive thru line is long, they usually dedicate 3-4 employees to the drive thru as opposed to 1 or possibly b2 to the counter. So skipping the drive thru by going inside rarely saves time. Spent 15 minutes being ignored at mobile pick up for just 2 donuts that honestly were not worth the wait.
