We went because of a gift certificate. We DID make reservations via phone but arrived to find that the restaurant had reserved us for the wrong day. BUT we were seated. The food and service was good, but the venue is cramped and quite noisy. All was efficient. But the service did NOT speak or offer English as an option. Italian or German. Would we return? Doubt it.
