eating coffee was in order. Insider aid was extremely slow taking and extradition of our order, and generally confused. many people worked, but all seemed constantly to need help from manager. the manager apologised for waiting, although we had not said anything (we also patiently repeated what we had ordered to several employees when they appeared without knowing what we were waiting for).
