I went to this little street food place for breakfast every morning. They only make a dish (beef pho, but do it well. Nobody speaks English. I haven't seen any other tourists all week. Just take a place next to someone and bring your meal to you. Many chili-condiments and fresh lime on the tables. Pho was 30k, add some fried bread for 5k.
