whoevers managing this place, you have got to train your staff better. orders are often messed up, wait times are insane, and the cashiers are almost always overwhelmed. all 3 times ive ordered one of the fall drinks here, the same person has made it and he doesnt read the label and makes it iced instead of hot, why arent you making sure your staff is prepared?
