The Harlingen Cici?s Pizza location is great! It?s a very clean restaurant with professional and very inviting kind employees. We purchased two adult buffets and were very satisfied. What Karin Kozlov doesn't like about Cici's Pizza:
Price is great. I think the pizza is good, and the cinnamon-rools brews are great (if they have). I don't eat salads so I can't give my opinion about it, but the pasta is fine, and a bit extra marinara sauce on the side is nice. Customer service is sometimes good if not understated. I also wish they would keep the music at the Oldies station, but that's personal. View all feedback.
