I love a good McDonald's, but the service today was fantastic. They didn't have milkshakes available after I ordered, but they called me to apologize and offer a change. Driving dropped bag of food and bag was ripped and most of order was missing, sent driving back to restaurant to get new order as I didn’t accept this is unacceptable View all feedback.
