Had the Chimichanga with shredded beef and rice and bean and it was very good. Rice was soft and not hard like some places and the beans were cooked just right. Chimichanga was one of the ones I've had and had plenty of beef to it. Service was great and friendly. Worth hitting up when in Harrisburg and wanting to get some good Mexican food for sure. Toreros is pretty good, standard Mexican-American food. I have been there a few times and it has not been very consistent. The first time I went in it actually great, but since then it has not really impressed me. If you're gonna bother trying this place, the Fajitas have been the best thing that I've tried.
