Had to stop off here as we had to get our tyre fixed close by .bought a few drinks while we were waiting and had the pleasure to chat with a member of staffcalled tom .what a lovely guy he chatted to us while we sat in the sun and we noticed how he was proud of his job he was and how he looked after his fellow employees .he is an absolute credit to mcdonalds and we would like to thank him for his attentive attitude .... Visited today and was so disappointed. Firstly the place was so cold no heating at all,would have been warmer in the car. (Also note my son visited the previous day and said it was freezing in the restaurant then. My husband returned his coffee as it was so weak not the usual standard. Don’t order delivery from here they hide the orders away from the drivers and then they ask for...
They had some system’s issues but couldn’t be more kind and helpful! Great staff.
