Absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism.After making a reservation for 2 rooms my reservation was removed without me being informed.The hotel did not have the decency to call and inform me of this decision. It was only made aware to me after I contacted the hotel. The reasoning given by the hotel was due to a larger group taking all the rooms at that specific time, which means the hotel made more money.
