I highly recommend this Carvel! Overall they are a great location. I have had 1 small issue and the owner reached out to me personally. I truly appreciate a owner that puts their customers first. I have been a frequent patron of this Carvel for years. I always enjoyed the ice cream and the service at this location, but lately while the service is still fairly decent the Ice Cream has lost its flavor and quality. It seems the taste is definitely not the normal Carvel taste, but more like one of those Ice Cream trucks or street fair quality and taste.
