8/2020 not sure if they have vegan cheese more. Original rating below. ~ Mexican food is simply not the same without cheese, so it is fantastic to find a place with vegan cheese! huge vegan menu and tons delicious options. I love the nachos both the regular nachos with tortilla chips as well as the veggie nachos, replacing the zucchini slices for tortilla chips when they are in the mood for a little lighter/fresher....
