Very small store. They get their food from the other Panera inside Westchester Medical Center nearby (WMC Panera is great). But this location keeps food under a warmer all day. Picked up a BEC and it was as hard as a rock. Team manager happily refunded. But an employee got irritated because I forgot to ask for extra flavoring. Then tried to ring me up for SIXTY CENTS.
