family went for carvery today, my daughter wanted gammon because they were not like pute or bark and we were told it would be ready in 5 minutes then each time when we asked that we repeatedly said it would be another 30 minutes, the other 4 members of our party ended their meal times and the gammon was not ready yet, we had to ask for a refund, we will not be back? So we wait 50 minutes for 2 meals to arrive one being a kids pizza and one being a mixed grill...
