What helen liong doesn't like about Kin Senn:
I go this restaurant and the service or food quality is hit and miss. Tried their all day special $5 but they told me that due to public holiday, there is surcharge for $2. The noodle this time is good but they miss some vegetables as usual. Not sure why pay extra $2 but less serving. Two weeks ago, I went, the noodle was way undercooked. View all feedback.
