Get rid of your split drive thru or train employees to take orders wait for it in order. Just about every time I’m told to wait and while I’m waiting another car pulls up to the other stall and they get service. My only option to avoid waiting on someone else is to then pull forward and order at the window, while receiving dirty looks from the employees. View all feedback.
