Went for Thanksgiving buffet. I really expected more than reheated store bought food. I have been before and ordered off the menu so I felt that they would actually be homemade items. I would not recommend going for a buffet. Service was great, thoughthey struggled to keep the buffet items filled. The prime rib was top notch but that was the only item that was worth anythingfrom the selection. View all feedback.

By definition burnt ends are brisket point that guess back on the smoker with some brown sugar...
