Stopped in today to enjoy a nice ice cream after the Fair...things were going fine until my fiancee found a hair (I won 't describe what kind) in with her ice cream. When she took it back to the counter there was no 'sorry ' from anyone just a question is she wanted a replacement. After finding a hair somehow a replacement was the last thing she wanted.
