Even though we had made a reservation through Open Table, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was chaotic. There were people everywhere. When we spoke to the manager, he claimed that we had no reservations. I showed him the confirmation on my phone, but he responded with, "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM."
