This is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced, both at this Cinnabon location and in general. We waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to assist us, and when the employee finally approached us, he was incredibly disrespectful and argumentative. We left without receiving our order because the employee insisted on arguing with us. This level of service is unacceptable and we will not be returning. View all feedback.
