I came for a medical conference and when I came back to the hotel at night, my key card didn't work. the hotel has no portier at night. when they called, they said they were far from the hotel and had no master key, so I had to take a taxi to another hotel. the next day I got my cost refunded. in bar. in Danish krones even so I didn't want it cash or in dk. because the computer didn't work. and a bank transfer would...
