What Eddy S doesn't like about Chaat Cafe:
Ordered lamb wrap and samosas. Samosas were not hot and very oily. Like they had been fried 15 mins before I got there (which was 5 mins before my posted arrival time online). The lamb wrap was a bit soggy and the meat was tough and flavorless. Hillsboro needs a good Indian wrap spot, but to my dismay this is not it. Cook/cashier was not pleasant and cooking conditions looked very dirty and unkept. View all feedback.
