Note that this review for september 2012 has occurred something that was correct, but the card was not. it is much more in the northwest (gogle cards are exactly when they hit in the address there). the personal has not spoken much English, but the owner has spoken French, that is helpful for them. eating was amazing and when I go back to saigon, I will certainly check it out.
