They were unaware of our reservation (for 12 people), which may not have been their fault. The waitress was not very friendly in the beginning (she warmed up towards the end of our meal), and two of our meals came out EXTREMELY late (everyone else was finished eating by the time they arrived), and they did not offer to take them off the bill.
