Went in on a Thursday and the people working were helpful, kind, and quite funny! I’ve come in plenty of times and I’ve always enjoyed the service and food, (I’m partial to their iced mocha and the American bagel but their other menu items are amazing as well) the atmosphere is perfect for a quick afternoon of reading, and the view of the mountains is stunning. Based on the good reviews, I'm not sure if our disappointing experience is uncommon here. The cold brew tasted like water, the breakfast burrito was nothing I couldn't make at home, not bad but nothing great, and they forgot to put bacon on the breakfast sandwich.
