I blame myself for not double checking, but they sold us spoiled snow crab legs. It had an off-putting smell, slimy texture and discoloration. Fresh crab legs should have a pleasant oceanic smell, a firm texture and a consistent color. She did offer to give me a refund, but only if I brought back the spoiled crab legs. View all feedback.
