Panda Express - Hollywood

What User likes about Panda Express:
The food is great, sometimes it can be a hit or miss with the rice softness and the orange chicken's spiciness. I would like better service though, as sometimes they do not try to listen to what your ordering and can be rude. I find that ordering to pickup or for delivery is better than ordering in person, I avoid any confusion and having to speak loudly over the mask to be understood. View all feedback.

The lady name FENG L that works at this point is TERRIBLE!!! Your customer service is terrible. I usually get a bowl. She said they don't do bowls! All right, so I ordered a record. Then the soda machine is broken. But they have bottles of coke behind which I asked for one and one cup of ice. She insulted me with a small clear cup of ice, I bought it a drink?
