I normally eat from here about 3x a week. Well tonight the food was not so good. The boneless ribs were like rubber as if it was refried 10x. I called and ask for a solution and was told that I would need to bring the food back in order to have a refund because they spent money to buy the food. So they would need back to plate of food.
