Essense serves buffet dominantly, for lunch , dinner. There is room for improvement on the food quality here. The slices of meat dishes is hard, whatever steak, curry, stew. There are some cold seafood which is surprising in this price tag, ignoring the quality. The salad and carpacio is ok. The ingredients in spicy pot are not well marinated, and are plain.
