The pizza was disappointing. It appeared the dough had not been allowed to proof properly, the crust was not pillowy enough and was not properly golden. It should have never left the kitchen. The bolognese was odd, definitely not traditional. I have been to BFT several times and it has always been excellent, so hoping this was just an off night. View all feedback.
