Overall, it's a good ramen spot. My daughter loves it. We've been back 2 times since our initial visit. I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The broth was not oily at all. It was rich and mildly spicy. The Cha Sui was tasty and thick. The noodles were cooked al dente providing some resistance when I was chewing. I also had the chicken katsu as a side dish. This was also cooked very well. A nice and clean ramen shop with friendly service. Located in a crowded strip mall in Kahala where parking is tight, even for compact vehicles. The watery soup bases are on the salty side, the noodles are served soggy and the meats are tough and chewy. The noodles should be of better quality if one is spending an average of $15 per bowl.
