I read the reviews and was planning to stop by to pick up some mochi. Just before I park I decide I should call just to make sure I could actually pick up mochi. However when I talk to the sales associate she told me this facility is only for wholesale and they do not accept retail/walkup orders... very disappointed View all feedback.
